"Training, learning, and improvement never stop. There is no "end-state," only a "next-state."

How training Wing Chun will improve yourself.
Wing Chun training is very focused with specific intentions of building one’s general awareness of their surroundings and themselves by learning to focus and relax.
This sounds like a tall order - one that’s easy to explain but takes much work to accomplish.
In our tech driven world, our minds are in a constant state of interruption - from ads, texts, social media - fill in the blank... All of this interuption dulls the mental edge that we need to have to success or complete anything in any area of our lives.
The ability to focus or have “mental flow” is hard to develop and research is finding that this ability is highly desired. This is why top organizations from Silicon Valley to The Navy Seals are spending money and time to develop this skill in their organizations.
Our process is a combination of :
Learning how to relax the mind and body,
Concentrate on a few objectives,
Condition your body beyond your current expectations and
Apply these skills in exercises and drills that keep you in the “now”.
What we have found is, as we get used to mental flow in the class - we can have that flow outside of class when we need it in other areas of our lives.

Increase your Mental Focus and Performance
Increase your Physical Performance and Coordination
Our Wing Chun Training involves the best methods for body conditioning and coordination training. When looking for best practices in anything, one of the first things to take inconsideration is how much data is there to substantiate the claims?
When looking into physical fitness - there is a blinding array of options, choices and fads. We found that one of the oldest training methodologies happens to be in Kung Fu - specifically in the conditioning program of Shaolin Kung Fu.
Having hundreds on years of practice and application, we had to consider their training methods as one of the best for increasing our body conditioning.
So training stances and body conditioning exercises are a critical part of our program for increasing our overall capacity.
Wing Chun is perfect for increasing coordination as it trains both sides of the body equally. This helps practitioners to not have a “strong” side but the ability to take any situation and try to make the best of it. As one progresses through the system, we also teach the idea of - “Two hands that work as one”. This concept requires both hands to do different things simultaneously - definitely increasing one’s coordination!
