Old School Kung Fu Class Night
December 27th 5 - 8pm

To help our current students experience some of our “glory days” of training - we are offering for the first time an “Old School Kung Fu Class Night.”
This will be a 3 hour class, just like it was back in th day...
Each hour will have about 50 to 55 mins of activity with a 5 to 10 min tea/water break.
We are looking forward to a good, fun and solid workout.

The basic outline of the class will be:
1st hour - strikes, kicks and moving stances
2nd hour - forms and body conditioning
3rd hour - partner work with equipment - chi sao, broken contact and working different ranges

To have as many students participate as possible, we are offering students different times to come to this class.
Cost is:
$20 for the full 3 hours
$15 for 2 hours
$10 for 1 hour.
There is a minimum that we need to have the class.

It’s right across from Copley High School in the back of the St. Lukes lot. It’s the building with the green lights on the outside!
