Tiger Kids is for students 7 to 12 years old. Students will be introduced to Traditional Kung Fu and Wing Chun. The curriculum develops the skills of discipline, relaxation, fitness, strength, memory, perseverance, power, leadership, control and timing. Our goal is to develop children into teens that have advanced motor skills and understand they are in charge of their own health and wellness.
"Tweens" and Teens have Different Challenges to Face Today
We believe that this time in one's life is one of the most critical in the development of a well rounded person.
It is also this age where "tweens" and teens face many challenges especially after the Pandemic:
* being peer-pressured into high-risk activities
* being the prime target of human traffickers and drug dealers
* bullying and cyber-bullying
* unwanted advances and date rape
* school violence
It also seems like there are a shrinking number of ways Tweens and teens can effectively deal with these challenges and blow off some steam. So, while we can't prepare them for every scenario, we empower, prepare and train your child by giving them the confidence to navigate these rough waters.

Equipping our Students to Successfully handle Challenges
We train Wing Chun Kung Fu - to be able to defend against an adult or other youths while developing discipline, self- confidence, focus and perseverance to achieve a 1st Degree Black Belt.
We learn about Bullying - to understand why someone might be a bully, how to help out others who are being bullied and becoming a leader willing to stand up to bullying.
We have fun, interactive and non-threatning drills - to practice getting away from people who wish us harm.
We learn leadership and discuss character topics - to become effective leaders, to push ourselves to our highest potential and to be responsible with the power that comes from the practice of Kung Fu.
